Fibreconnect

Alwen Networks, an ISP with over a decade in business, needed to reinvent its customer-facing brand for a more competitive, more digital Kenya — starting with a name customers could actually connect to, not just a legal entity behind a service.
We built Fibreconnect as a brand that signalled reliability from the first impression, deliberately distancing it from the unreliability that had come to define Kenya's ISP space, then carried that promise across every print and digital touchpoint.

The visual language was tuned for a target demographic under 35 — youthful enough to connect with, stable enough to trust. Fibreconnect has since grown into a recognised second-tier ISP reaching new markets across Kenya, and HOK continues to lead content design for the brand today.
